A highlight of the Crucian Christmas Carnival is the Food, Arts and Crafts Fair which honors the great cooks who carry the tradition of making native Crucian cultural dishes. People wait anxiously for this day to get the food, drinks and desserts they remember their grandmother and mother making. Come and taste a sample of everything!
The Fair is situated around the Eliza Mc Bean Clock Tower within the blissful ambiance of the Frederiksted waterfront, with the Caribbean Sea as a beautiful and ever changing backdrop.
